Imagine your workplace as a bright modern-designed office where people could take any seat they prefer according to their tasks to follow on each day. You may get a sweet treat or a few cups of coffee from the snack bars, or you may go to the recreation room to do some exercise and relieve yourself. Isn’t it fantastic? These “dreamed offices” are indeed provided by the giants in the industry, such as Google or Facebook. The companies have all done these for building an inclusive work environment. But why? Well, researches suggest that employees’ performance skyrocketed in these kinds of phenomenons. They will talk to others more compared to those who work nine-to-five in an office in general. Companies can benefit from satisfied participants, lower turnovers, and of course, higher employee morale. All in all, as the old saying goes, “Two heads are better than one.” They will eventually sort out creative other than innovative ideas.
