Why It Is Important For Leaders To Provide An Inclusive Work Environment?

In my opinion, I agree with the company to provide an inclusive work environment. Nowadays, more and more people pay attention to this issue because the right of various groups in society is gradually being valued. First of all, if a company provides an inclusive work environment for its employees, people who have a strong working ability will be willing to enter this company. In this environment, employees will not face problems such as the glass ceiling or sexism. Next, an inclusive work environment can generate innovative ideas. In the past, some employees might not dare to raise their ideas because of promotion problems. I think there are two ways to approach the goal of an inclusive work environment. The first thing that the leader of the company has to change is the rules of hire people. This is the quickest solution but can’t solve the underlying problem. Therefore, the next thing the leader has to change is the company’s culture. If the company’s culture is correct, many problems will be solved slowly. Although it seems simple to make some changes, many companies are reluctant to change because old habits die hard.
