Over the course of a lifetime, a person spends 13 years at work average. Have you considered that if your work environment is inclusive or not? People won’t focus on their jobs if they worry about something. Here are three things that a leader can do for creating a wonderful work environment.

First, allow employees to take a gap year if they have a newborn baby. Parents are never at ease unless they can take care of their babies in person. They will appreciate that the leader puts himself/herself in their place.

Second, respect all religions. Competent employees are come from all over the world. Every country has its own culture. Thus, it’s more realistic to consider the ability rather than religion.

Finally, gender equality. Gender equality is a trend in the whole world. It’s essential to give the same opportunity to each person, no matter their gender.
