Yes! I totally agree that it’s extremely vital for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment! Today I’d like to share you a reason why it’s vital for that, then share with my opinions how you can do.

Why is it important for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment? I think the reason for this is because that you can create a efficient work experience, harmonious as well. As a leader, your additional responsibilities are creating a environment which is like the feeling of coming home. If so, your employee will be more willing to work for you and increase productivity on works. It’s really vital, right?

Now, I’m gonna tell you how you can do in order to make the work environment much more inclusive. You can make a series of routine activities, e.g There’s no dress code on Friday, you don’t need to wear suit, just wear whatever you want. Hold a after work dinner on Wednesday regularly that can be useful for connecting the relationship to each other. Last, just open your mind to accept the different kind of people, remember do not have a racial discrimination. I think if a leader can make it what I’m talking about above, the work environment will become more and more inclusive!
