I completely agree with that. There have two benefits to tell you why it is such a significant thing. To begin with, good communication is the most important thing because without effective communication, the teamwork cannot work smoothly. Leaders need to find the way how to communicate with your employees. Meanwhile, leaders also have to listen to what do they think.
Moreover, believe in your employees more. If you don’t want to believe your employees, who else will do the work for you. At the right time, provide your employees more opportunities to show off. When they experience the sense of accomplishment, they will also do the work better.
To sum up, if leaders all provide a good inclusive work environment, the turnover in Taiwan probably decreases.
