Do you think it is important for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment?

In my point of view, it is essential for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment. And how can they do it?

To build an effective team and improve productivity and motivation. Among various kind of methods, the following are three of my most recommend ways.

Firstly, allow for celebration of all cultural festivals. This will be a good chance to know your co-workers’ backgrounds and cultures. Meanwhile, it shows respect to each other.

Secondly, in the meeting, no matter what gender, religion or level of positions. Makes sure everyone has opportunity to share their opinions. I think it makes employees feel welcome and accepted.

Thirdly, team building, plan tasks to employees which they need to work together to solve problems and encourage them to strive for successful. Team building is an awesome method to make the workplace enable better communication and better relationships.
