Do you think it is important for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment why and why not? If so, how can they do it?

There is no denying that exclusive work environment carries a ring of benefits that people can easily find the fellow. However, the history teach us that the more open-minded a society is, the stronger adapt to challenge. So if a leader creates an inclusive work environment, the company will avoid one-way-minded and attract talented people from different background.

At first glance, you might consider that exclusive work environment is helpful for people to work together. You can easily communicate with your colleagues, and reach a census. It believed that exclusive work environment allows a team to increase working efficiency; it is believed that company can reduce the administration cost because of the simplified company system. However, it often turns an enclosed environment, which can’t tolerate different opinions.

The effort of building inclusive work environment begins with creating a comfortable environment for all employees. The absence of teamwork sense descends from gender and employment discriminations. Employees will not be devoted to themselves to a company business if they know that company rules treat them unfairly. Oppositely, those people, who work at inclusive work environments are more willing to propose a range of ideas and contribute their talents and knowledge to a company because they believe that they are a part of a company.

In order to build an incursive workplace, there are a few more tips down below. Firstly, you can listen to your employees. To better understand your workers’ experience acquiring HR department to survey every employees’ need is essential.

Secondly, an effective way to show employees that a company respects their culture, tradition is inviting them to share those in the workplaces. For example, you can hold a party, and the event are a way to showcase their own home countries food. Last but not least, holding an effective meeting is an indispensable element to make them feel they are concerned by a company. Because meeting is a place that every employee can have impact on company policies, they can felt respectful when their advice adapted.

To sum up, compared to exclusive work environment, not only worker can benefits from the work atmosphere, but also a company can also work efficiently and be more profitable because of the variety.
