How is it important for leaders to provide a work environment?

I strongly agree leaders to provide an inclusive work environment because leaders have to create a good work environment to improve working efficiently. Imagine that you’re in your new job, and you give advice to your leader. However, they don’t respond your advice and they fiercely shout you. That will feel uncomfortable and you won’t take your advice to your leader again. This is not good in teamwork. It is very important to talk your own opinion in teamwork because we can learn or hear good advice from your colleague. Therefore, the leaders have to provide an inclusive work environment to make comfortable environment in working place.
