Hi everyone!

Today I’ll talk about the topic which is about culture shock and here are three reasons that I would like to tell you why it’s vital to learn about other different cultures.

Eating Habit

First, it’s eating habit. That’s impolite if you use the wrong manner to have a meal with foreigner, e.g. some countries see the left hand as “not clean”hand because the left hand is used for “taking number two”.

Racial Awareness

Second, I think most of people know that Chinese and American are competitor so that’s common sense, right? My point is that when you have a opportunity to go abroad meeting someone local, just do some research in advance. It can be more effective to avoid that sort of awkward situations, e.g. you’re always talk about the country with compliments during a small talk, but actually you don’t even know what you talk about the country is the competitor or rival for them.

Business Culture

Last, I think that’s the most important reason because that can bring you more orders if you do something right and polite. You have to do enormous researches about their culture so that they’ll feel you’re attentive as well as really caring about them. Otherwise, it’ll drastically reduce the odds about getting a order successfully.

Summary

Realizing other different culture of countries is not only demonstrating how you respect them, but reducing the gaps between countries. Find the common grounds and make a wonderful communication so that can make the world develop more smoothly and effectively.
