Cafe Bazaar is pleased to announce that Mehdi Amiri will become its new CEO. The announcement was made by Hessam Armandehi, chairman of the board of directors of the Hezardastan technology group, Cafe Bazaar’s parent company. Amiri joined Hezardastan in March of 2020 and became a board member during the summer. He previously served as CEO of the System Group, a prominent software company.

Having led the company over the course of the last 4 years, Amin Amirsharifi will step down as CEO. In announcing the change, Armandehi expressed gratitude for Amirsharifi’s successful tenure that included many accomplishments such as leading the platform to 45 million active users as well as the successful launches of new products and corporate offices.

Armandehi also stated that “we look forward to building on the successes of the last few years. We have the highest confidence that Mehdi’s immense talent and experience will lead Cafe Bazaar into a new chapter where we strengthen our bond with our users as well as with business partners domestically and abroad”.
