Photo Hunt (part 1)

The classic bar game, Photo Hunt, is tons of fun. In each level, players are shown two photos — side-by-side — that are identical except for five differences. The objective is to find and identify the differences between the pictures before a timer runs out.

The picture below, is from early 2010. Hunt-Moss JV, the General Contractor for the Marlins Ballpark in Miami, FL already had a schedule, and decided they wanted to incorporate Synchro into their project. The benefits were quickly realized.

The picture below represents the plan for one of the major milestones for the ballpark, which was to Install the 1st Cooling Tower in October of 2010. The top half shows HMJV’s plan prior to bringing Synchro on-board. The bottom half shows HMJV’s plan after discovering and resolving the issue with Synchro. Keep in mind, this plan was finalized well in advance of the installation.
