What is Caissa?

The name comes from the muse of chess and means a lot of nice things, including geeky, loving, and brilliant.

Our two major focus areas are Tech Recruitment and Executive Search.
In terms of Exec Search, we deal with C-level people, also with managers in Tech, Product, and Operations.
In terms of technologies, we specialise in Frontend (JavaScript + MV*), Backend (Java, Python, Scala, Go, Ruby, PHP), also DevOps and Data Science.

We have two main offices in Berlin and London and a satellite one in Gdansk/Sopot.

Caissa speaks the following languages: English, German, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovak, Bulgarian, Afrikaans, Ukrainian, Russian, and Geek.
