Our customers have proven that sending real calendar invitations guarantee a better attendance to the Zoom Event.

Once its on the calendar we can send Zoom Event updates and reminders directly to the calendar client.

This process is as simple. When a customer generates a Zoom event they copy us at create@calendarsnack.com.

The customer will receive a calendarsnack back to the email address with all the RSVP CODES for the Zoom landing pages and Email Marketing Vendors.

This is all you need to do to generate a calendarsnack.

This is a universal email address for the creation of the calendarsnack.

Today the calendarsnack.com service is our brand that houses our technology.

It has been used by 3000 customers from 18 countries using their calendar client to generate Zoom Landing Pages and Email Marketing templates for Zoom Event RSVPS.

It has been our test bed for user feedback and product iteration based on feedback.

The RSVP codes for the Zoom Landing Pages are generated every time a calendarsnack is created by the orgainizer.

Each time a calendarsnack creation occurs for a Zoom event, that event is streamed to the upcoming events landing page.

All future Zoom events are listed here in all Upcoming Events page for 1 Click RSVP.

When the button is clicked the calendar invite for that Zoom event is sent out with the Zoom Invitation information.

The Upcoming Events Landing Page is updated every time events are created or canceled.

The Upcoming events Landing Page is tracked using the organizers email address.

Each time that organizer generates a new Zoom Event by using the calendarsnack create address the Event is streamed to the Upcoming Events Page for RSVP.

The Email Marketing grab n go RSVP Buttons are pasted into the Email Marketing campaign for the Zoom Events.

The API’s are built in for sending Calendar Invites for Zoom Events when the RSVP button is Clicked.

We track all the event data for that event by RSVP Channel for Email Marketing templates or Landing Pages used for the calendar invites.

This is the workflow for a Single Landing Event Page for sending of Calendar Invites for the Zoom Event

The single event Landing page comes in 4 prebuilt colors that are in the grab n go copy codes.

When the single event page is used, the customer is sent to a pre-built landing page and the calendar invite is sent.

We then collect the calendar receipts from the Calendar Clients for Yes, No and Maybe.

Upcoming Zooms Events Landing Page for 1 Click RSVP

The Upcoming Events page streams the next 25 Upcoming events automatically for the organizer of email adress.

The customer can pick which events they want to go to off this page and we send the individual calendar invitations to track when the RSVP NOW button is clicked.

Data collected on a per Event is captured in various reporting screens and a detailed report can be sent in .CSV form.

The detailed calendar receipt data is collected from the calendar clients of the customers. All this data is summarized per events and per organizer.

The Zoom event information is auto formated every time to ensure the Zoom Event URL information works in the Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar Clients.

Detailed Event Data in the Dashboard and Organizer Dashboards

Reporting is available for each Zoom event in the Dashboard collected and organized by the organizers email address.

All event data is also available as the domain organizer of the service that can roll up events by organizers for enterprise or service provider like reporting.

The detailed event data is emailed to the organizer via a one button click.

The origin tag is the source of where the customer requested the Calendar Invite for the Zoom Event.

It could have been a single landing page, upcoming events landing page, or a email marketing template that was sent out to promote the Zoom event with MailChimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit or SendGrid.
