Making an RSVP Button for Mailchimp to Send Calendar Invitations

Step 1& 2 — Create a Calendar Invite on Google or Outlook and send a copy to create@calendarsnack.com. You will receive a Calendarsnack to your email address.

Step 3&4 — Send a test to an email address to see if the calendar invitation is correct for content, time and date and any webinar information. If not go to Step 1 and start over. If you want to can send to other email address’s — and test some more if you wish.

Step 5&6 — Select — Yes, No or Maybe. Check with the Calendarsnack report to see the RSVP Tracking. You can change the response in the Calendar Invitation and you will see the status change.

Steps 7&8 — Go to Send Navigation Icon Calendarsnack. Select the Mailchimp grab n go code. Insert into the Mailchimp RSVP Button into the Mailchimp campaign template of your choice.

Steps 9&10 — Verify Mailchimp RSVP Button by saving it and double clicking it to test to see if the code was correctly inserted.
