One Button Click RSVP Buttons for Email or Web

We use your calendar invitation to create a calendar snack. The RSVP Buttons and Landing pages are sent back to your email address to access in 30 seconds.

Every time you invite us to your event by using the “create@calendarsnack.com” address we store those events in the database and track the RSVP’s from your customers.

We do this by using the email address you used in your calendar.

The create process in 1 minute 30 seconds.
Every time you create a calendarsnack we send it to your email for access to your Dashboard

The calendar invite is a simple easy way to manage your events.

We decided to just use the calendar client for google or outlook.

That keeps it easy for you to create a calendarsnack in a few seconds off of any of your devices without logging into an web app.

In addition you can use the built in UPDATE and CANCEL function in your calendar client if you need to change something once you have generated a calendar snack.

You can save your calendar snack dashboard URL. It is generated one time and we add to it as you create the calendar snack events.

If you don’t save the URL its ok. We send it to you every time you generate calendar snack to your email address.

The process is the same for the Upcoming Events, Single Event and Web Form Landing pages

Each calendar snack has a unique ID which we track on a pre event.

The landing page options of All Upcoming, Single Events and Webform mechanically work the same.

Each of the calendar invites are tracked for calendar receipts. These receipts provide rich data about your customer since you are directly communicating to their calendar.

Once the calendar invite is sent, we actually track the status of “nothing”. That is since we follow the correct formatting the calendar invite is actually on your customers calendar in a “grey” out color if there is no action take.

But it is still visable giving them an opportunity to take action right up to the time of the event.

Calendarsnack RSVP Workflow

Ok — I am going to stop here with the final live demo of how the RSVP reporting engine interacts with the calendar invitations sent. As the customer changes the calendar invite in the live demo you can see we update the calendar snack reporting engine.
