Introducing product number three — the VIPLST.

Sending an attached VIP .CSV list to bulk@calendarsnack.com in 3 minutes

Invite us at “create@calendarsnack.com” off your calendar client, and you will get a calendarsnack notification with the instructions to access the RSVP Button and the Upcoming Landing Page to your email.

Over the past four years, we have had thousands of free trials with a 25% RSVP rate using a calendar invite in Email Templates and Landing Pages.

Based on that we have received feedback that our customers would like to send calendar invites to a list.

Introducing VIPLST. A straight forward way to send a calendar invite to an email list.

A quick overview of the VIPLST 500
Step 1 & 2. This is the process for creating a calendarsnack

When you copy us off your calendar, we send you a calendarsnack back in 10 seconds to the email address of the used calendar client.

The RSVP Button, Upcoming Landing Page, and VIP List are NO CODE.

Every calendarsnack created gets an EVENT ID assigned to it.

We use the EVENTID in the .CSV file matched to email address to automate sending the calendar invite in the VIP LIST.

You can find the EVENT ID in the Calendarsnack Notification and the Console

Steps 3 and 4. The calendarsnack console is an area to find the EVENT ID.

Step 5. Copy the EVENTID into the. CSV spreadsheet with the email names.

Step 6. Name Column 1 “UID” at the top. And copy down the EVENTID into this column.

You can use any EVENTID in the future in the UID column to send that email address a calendar invite for that event.

Name Column 2 “Email” at the top and insert your email addresses of up to 500 in this column.

Attach the 2 Column .CSV File and Send to bulk@calendarsnack.com

Step 7. Attached CSV list to your email client and send it to bulk@calendarsnack.com.

You must use the same email address you used to create the calendarsnack in your calendar client.

Step 8. We will notify you that your bulk email request has been received and is being processed.

Step 9. Review of your customers response data from their calendar clients in the your calendarsnack console.

How we count the calendar client receipts and track for changes in dashboard

But what if I sent to the VIP LIST and now I have an UPDATE I want to send out to the calendar invites of the people who have said YES or MAYBE?

We use the original calendar client for changing the calendarsnack
Update is deployed through your calendar client to the AWS service

When the original event on calendar client is changed, those changes are reflected automatically through our Simple Invite Service on AWS. (SIS).

Thats a wrap for this round. VIPLST will be available this summer when we launch the new interface.
