Using your calendar client to generate Event Landing Pages in 30 seconds for the sending of calendar invites in 1 Click

In this review, we take a look at something we have been working on called the Automated Upcoming Landing Page.

30 Seconds to send an event to your streaming landing page

We have automated this process to keep your calendar client at the center of processing landing pages in 30 seconds.

I know its a bit “odd”, but hang in there. It get easier. >:).

That data streams to your Upcoming Landing Page automatically when you send a copy to the calendarsnack service.

The Upcoming Landing Page has a email box at the top of the page that your customer can put their email address in.

We then track the calendar invite.

The events stream into your page based on the chronological order of your dates.

Your customer picks which events they want to attend and receives a calendar invite by clicking one button.

We track event data from the calendar invites. Sometimes called “Calendar Receipt” data.

The individual calendar invites are tracked and stored for event reporting.

The 5 steps of the workflow

The design workflow for the product is summarized here.

  1. Create, Cancel, and Update the Events using your Calendar Client. Each event in your Upcoming Streaming Landing Page is automatically changed.
  2. The Upcoming Landing Page is auto-generated from the copied calendar event data sent from your calendar client. That event data is constantly updated based on the data you sent calendarsnack service.
  3. The calendar invites are sent from the Upcoming Landing Page and tracked for the organizer.
  4. The Calendar Invite Data is collected for the individual events and stored in the Calendar Snack Reporting console.
  5. Any calendar invite data collected from the events are available in detail via a report sent to the organizer’s address.
  6. In addition, if a customer has sent themselves a calendar invite, the invite will change if the event is updated or canceled. Automatically.
