Slide 1 — Generate a Calendasnack with your Google or Outlook Client.

This step is “headless”.

We use your calendar client to generate a calendarsnack.

Just use our universal create address.

Yah. I know. No logins?

We track all of your Calendar Invites in the Console.

You might wonder on how we pull off this magic?

The quick answer is we track you by ogranizer email address.

Every time you generate a calendarsnack by using create@calendarsnack.com we send you back a calendarsnack.

In that calendarsnack is all of your filtered data for you under your email address name.

The only way to retrieve this data is through your email inbox.

This is the 1–2–3 10 second workflow.

This is the workflow for Klaviyo RSVP Button generation.

Every time you get a calendarsnack for a RSVP Button, you also auto generate the Calendar Landing pages that you can use for 1 Click RSVPs in Social Media.

Workflow of RSVP Button Flow

The workflow is simple as the customer clicks the “CTA” in the Klaviyo template. That brings them to a auto generated landing page with all the event information scraped off your calendar invite.

At the same time they are sent the calendar invite for that event that we track.

Details of Calendarsnack code for Klaviyo Button

The RSVP button code is under the SEND button. Just click the grab and go button for Klaviyo and paste that into your Klaviyo template Call to Action as seen above.

Customer RSVP Button Routing

This is the recap of the workflow the 1 Click Button RSVP. We auto generate the landing page and send the calendar invite when the button is clicked.

That specific user data is captured on a per event basis. This gives you the ability once its on the customers calendar to change and cancel the event using the Calendar communications standards built into the Calendar Client.

So 2 types of Landing Pages. Single event Page and the Upcoming Events Page. Both are for 1 Click RSVPS.

The Landing pages are created at the same time as the RSVP Buttons for the email marketing templates for Klaviyo, MailChimp, ConvertKit and SendGrid.

They are specific to the name of the organizers email address. When some one inserts their email address into the box they will receive an calendar invite.

The 2 Different Landing Pages are available immediately to start promoting your events.

The Landing pages keep track of the Calendar Invite sending and update the reporting database with Y,N,M and no response status.

Single Landing Page for 1 Click RSVP Automation

The Single Event Landing Page contains all your event information directly off your calendar client, making it easy to promote your events within 10 seonds of generating a calendar snack. The copy code is an event URL specific for this event you can share with anyone for the tracking of Calendar Invites sent from the Calendar Landing Modals.

Upcoming 25 Events are streamed to your Multi Event Landing Page

The individual data from your calendarsnacks are streamed to your Upcoming Events page. We activiate only those events that are in the future. We track all the previous ones in the Console Database.

Your customer puts their email address to the email in the top box and that activates the 1ClickRSVP Buttons.

The individual calendar invites are then sent out from this page with a inline message that thanks them and confirms an calendar invite is on its way.

Detailed RSVP Reporting for the RSVP Buttons and Calendar Landing Pages.

All data from all events is kept on a per email organizer for all access viewing in the Dashboard. The event data can be zoomed in on for detailed reporting on a per event basis for RSVP status.
