10. Connect multiple calendars from multiple emails to multiple event types

Sept 2024 — This is a crazy decision by our tech team who is too generous IMHO :)

On Calendly you would need to create 10 different accounts in order to do this.

On Calendbook.com with one premium account you can basically create 10 (or more) different event types tied to 10 different email accounts so that you don’t need to login and logout.

FAQ

Q: Everyone knows about calendly, isn’t it too late for anyone to enter the market?

A: Calendly has 20 million users, there are 2 billion people with a credit card and an internet connection. That gives you a 1% market penetration. When you get out of the silicon valley and tech bubble most people have no idea what calendly is. Also calendly is way too expensive when you think about their server costs, which are minimal as they are not dealing with live video streaming or some heavy traffic.

Q: why would a team at a large Company switch from calendly?

A: we are not focused on making large companies switch from calendly we are focused on providing a service to professionals and SMEs (small and medium enterprises). If you think that it’s too small of a market think twice since wix.com crossed 1bn ARR only with professionals and small companies. We don’t believe many medium companies use Wix.

Q & A with Marylin: Do you have the following features?

  • Q: a reporting/analytics dashboard with how many calls booked in the month, team members with the most bookings etc. A: we are thinking of doing this first via partners such as Google Analytics, eventually we will add it to Calendbook. Thoughs welcome.
  • Q: Multi-calendar scheduling allowing for 1 link to connect to a full teams availability. A: on our roadmap
  • Q: Options to add customisable reminder texts and emails to a workflow — to remind the potential client about their call. A: yes we have it and we plan to expand it further
  • Q: Integrations with CRMS such as Click-up. A: yes we have thousands of integrations via Zapier or Webhooks
  • Q: Weebook and API ability. A: Webhooks yes, APIs not yet. Why would you need APIs?
  • Q: Integration with Make? A: Yes see below

Q: automatically generated code to embed the booking page onto other websites. A: yes

Q: UTM reporting on each booking — to allow us to track out marketing. A: not yet but it’s on the roadmap, we like the feature and it shouldn’t be too hard to implement
Q: Ability to make phone number collection mandatory on the booking form. A: Yes, for each event type.

Q: Ability to fully customise the booking form. A: Yes, how exactly?

Q: Ability to white label. A: It’s on the roadmap, but it’s expensive to implement and manage. How much would be willing to pay?

Other topics to discuss

While calendly has webhooks support we believe we have a better implementation as we link different webhook solution providers straight in Calendbook making it easier to implement for first time users
