GO with AI: The “Curativity” Perspective on Decision-making

--

A short note about four types of Decision Containers

A day ago, Stephen Beller asked a question in the comment section of a LinkedIn post I published. The post discussed the “Difference — Conversion — Opportunity” Schema, a meta-framework within the Ecological Practice approach.

His question:

Is there a simple way to explain the utility of the theory in decision-making scenarios?

In response, I emphasized the uniqueness of the Ecological Practice approach, which

… shifts from “what should I choose?” to “what actions are possible and meaningful here and now?”…

You can find the details through the link to my reply.

In this short note, I will use the “Curativity” perspective to curate my initial thoughts about decision-making.

I haven’t formally studied decision-making frameworks, so the term “decision” doesn’t appear in my models. This note marks the beginning of a learning journey to explore decision-making as a practice.
