Bootstrapping
As much as I want to raise capital, I shouldn’t. Not yet. I need to raise when investors are begging to get in on my cap table. Only then, I have the leverage I need to get a good deal. In reality, I’ve been emailing Jason Calacanis updates and he gives me numbers to hit before he takes a closer look.
He could just be messing with me, but because of Jason, i’m spending my time looking for customers, not the deal. I will raise at some point, but it isn’t this month. Right now, i’m aiming for $10K MRR.
