Time and its importance

My job is simple. It’s to make sure there’s enough cash in the bank, to hire the best people on the face of this earth, and it’s to make sure we’re rowing towards a shared vision. Before, I was the sales guy. I spent all days tying to get customers and close them. I dreamed about other things I could spend time on, but sales was the most important job. Now, that is shifting. I have a variety of different tasks that fill my day. From sales, hiring, legal, and taxes, I feel that my time slowing becoming more important.
