Andy Valenzuela Joins CSDC as Senior Vice President, People

We’re excited to share that Andy Valenzuela has joined our team as senior vice president, People — he’ll be leading all employee-facing operations globally. Andy’s expertise lies in combining his business and HR expertise to help fast growing organizations with HR strategies that build great cultures and encourage the most talented people to join the organization. Andy’s here to help us build a world-class employer brand and culture while helping us manage smart growth of our company.

He joins us from SAP SuccessFactors, where he served as global vice president and Chief Human Resources executive advisor and was responsible for consulting HR leaders at the company’s strategic customers on leading successful HR transformations. Before that, he was global vice president, Human Resources, for SunPower, a leading renewable energy, with an 8,000+ global workforce. He started his career at Dell Inc. where he spent 18 years in a number of leadership positions across the Consumer Business and Human Resources, ultimately as executive director, Global HR Technology, Global Payroll and Talent Services. Andy will be based in our Austin office, where he’s from, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
