Rich Robinson, Chief Technology Officer

We’re very happy to share that Rich Robinson joined our team today as Chief Technology Officer. Rich is a recognized thought leader in agile product development, Software as a Services (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (cloud), and the evolving discipline of DevOps.

He’s responsible for our product development and lifecycle, including product strategy, research and development, engineering and support. Adding Rich to the CSDC team — which has unmatched, decades-long understanding of the govtech marketplace and the needs of our customers — will help us deliver the most compelling enterprise software solutions with rapid innovation cycles..

Before joining us, Rich was vice president of Digital Transformation and CIO for SunPower Corporation, a multibillion dollar global solar company. Before that he served in technology leadership roles at Dendrite International, NBC Universal, kgb (formerly InfoNXX), and Bazaarvoice. He is active in Austin’s thriving technology community and serves on the Board of Directors for Beneplace. Before his corporate career, Rich was a U.S. Army Communications Officer.

He served for five years on active duty, including deployment to Bosnia Herzegovina and Afghanistan, as well as three years of reserve duty. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
