A third of American’s are chronically sleep-deprived, getting less than six hours of sleep a night regularly. And if you’re not sleeping enough, you will suffer things like mood swings, reduced productivity, and a higher risk of obesity and heart disease.

It’s hard to know exactly how much sleep you need. Experts give recommendations, but they’re always generalizing. In reality, we all have different sleep needs. I will show you a way to figure out accurately how much sleep you need.
