We’re Too Busy Being Busy

Today’s world is a much harsher place than the one at the closing of the last century. Incomes and quality of life have stagnated, and we’re all trying to do more to get ahead. So we stay late at work, we all have side-hustles, and our social calendars are overflowing, trying to keep up with the Jones’s.

While we feel busy all the time, being active and working hard doesn’t mean you’re productive. Only accomplishment matters. There are no prizes for effort in this life. To make your day as productive as possible, you have to start with a solid foundation — Sleep.
