Why You Should Track Your Time

Recent research from the UK shows that the average office worker works less than 3 hours a day. Even if you’re self-employed, you’re probably not as productive as you think you are. I know I wasn’t.

You need to track your time to be able to optimize how it’s used. You’ll be surprised how much time you spend on unimportant tasks and how little time you spend on the important ones.
