It’s going to be a great day, you think to yourself as you leap out of bed. You’ve got lots to get done today, but it doesn’t matter because you have a stellar morning routine to prepare you! Right, let’s start with meditation, then coffee, journaling, yoga, breakfast, a shower, mind-mapping your day plan… Wow! This is good!

It’s 10 am before you know it and you haven’t achieved a single thing. But that’s ok because you feel great. Right??

Morning routines are an excellent way to start the day. But not when they stop you from achieving your goals. For most people, the morning is the most productive part of the day. It’s when you’re freshest and produce your best work. So you need to spend it wisely.
