We Are Looking for Talented Writers
At Cambium, we love inspiring stories that are drawn from your own personal and deliver actionable advice. We’re interested in stories in the following tags and topics:
- Productivity
- Mindfulness
- Meditation
- Self Improvement
- Nootropics
- Money
- Minimalism
- Self
Books reviews and app guides related to these topics are also valued.
Please only submit unpublished drafts. We sometimes add recently published stories but by invite only. We want unpublished drafts so we can spread out the publishing times, so every article has enough time featured at the top of the page.
If you’ve been published in Cambium previously, please submit your story via the menu in editing mode. The form below is only for new writers.
Checklist
Before submitting your story, please check that:
- It meets Medium’s Curation Guidelines
- It’s an unpublished draft
- You’ve checked your story is a good fit by checking the tags above
- It's rooted in deep personal experience
- It contains actionable advice for the reader, even if it’s at the end
- You’ve thoroughly edited your story, including printing it out to do the final edit. Here’s a simple step by step guide — How to Effectively Edit Your Writing
- You’ve run your story through Grammarly
- Your feature image is in landscape aspect, has the source cited in the caption, has had alt-text added.
- You’ve used formatting elements correctly. You can find lots of information about formatting in this Comprehensive Formatting Guide
We reserve the right to edit any story you submit. But we usually give you a chance to review the changes before the story is published.
We’re not a content mill — every submitted article is edited before we hit publish. We like to work closely with writers to polish your story as much as possible. Please make it easier for us but working through the checklist before submitting your story.
