Here’s a bit about us and what we are going for when sharing your story.
cambyo is a quickly growing, mission-based group of trailblazers sharing their stories and struggles. Our goal is to help people develop their intimate lives. We don’t care where you come from, how old you are or how many degrees you have or don’t have. We want what is real, what is human and more than anything, we want to feel. We want to be moved with honesty and the quality of your unique experience. Together, we are bringing vulnerability and truth to the world through stories about our intimate lives.
You can share your story anonymously or named; both options are totally cool. Named stories allow for more of a connection with readers and wider visibility. If your story involves others that are easily implicated, it might better to go the anonymous route.
Want to speak your truth?
Take a read through our writer’s page and then submit your first draft to us. Don’t worry about the quality of an initial submission, we will work together to make sure it’s great by the time we share it with the world.
The main thing to keep in mind is that we want these stories to be both interesting and useful. This can include struggles, crazy experiences, first-time experiences, overcoming obstacles, breakthroughs, joyful situations or even heartbreaking situations.
Need some inspiration?
Think about something you have experienced or are experiencing that others may benefit from reading. That could be all kinds of different experiences and struggles. And if you’re feeling bold, you could consider showing readers they’ve been going about some aspect of their lives all wrong, through a story from your own life.
We are creating a space where others learn about themselves by reading your story. This is your platform to say exactly what’s on your mind and connect with others. If you speak the truth, you’re a hero in our books.
