Welcome to Camp Aranzazu, Rose!

Written by: Bianca Hernandez, Development Associate

We’re excited to share that Rose Kemp has joined the full-time staff at Camp Aranzazu as our new program supervisor. Join us in welcoming Rose to the Camp Aranzazu team!

Rose shares our program team members’ enthusiasm for camping and dedication to provide an exceptional camping experience to all people who come through the gates at Camp Aranzazu. “Rose’s warm and welcoming energy paired with her passion for camping and years of experience at the Texas Lions Camp will be the perfect addition to our team. I can’t wait for all of our campers, partners, and activity leaders to meet her in the coming weeks and months,” says our camp director, Amelia Smith.

Rose’s previous experience in communications, staff recruitment, and virtual programming will be a great asset in her role as program supervisor at Camp Aranzazu. Rose will be tasked with managing our activity leaders throughout the year and working alongside our partners to create camping sessions that are personalized with the needs and goals of their campers in mind.

You’ll learn more about Rose and her passion for camping in future blog posts, so make sure you are following us on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We can’t wait for you to meet her!
