And they live amongst us
Yes, it is only June but a lot of people are gearing up for spooky season. That means that we’re about to see an influx of haunted houses, ghosts, sexy nurses (or other professions), and of course, the ever popular vampires.
The undead beings seem to capture the imagination more than most other horror tropes. There have been many stories about vampires, most of them paint the supernatural beings as being a force for evil. Though some, like Twilight, show the other side of the creatures that go bump in the night.
Edward is the leading man in the popular young adult franchise. His reputation is one of sweetness, and taking care of his lady love Bella. It helped fuel the franchise’s popularity and enduring legacy.
Along with the average fan, some people began to cosplay as vampires. This fad led to controversies about whether or not the beings were real. Most people fell into the category that there was no way that they were real. Supernatural things were just silly beliefs and a way to escape reality.
But it left some people asking a big question, are vampires real? The answer is simple but complex; yes.
