Last night, the entire camp gathered at the Indoor Sports Complex for the Project Morry DANCE-A-THON. Campers and counselors danced their hearts out to raise money to send children from under-resourced communities to summer camp. At the same time, we also witnessed a legendary DJ battle between DJ Toxik and DJ Sean.
All of a sudden, the curtains that divide the field simultaneously rose revealing a BMX course filled with steep ramps and wicked half pipes. Everyone raced through the complex to figure out what was going on!
Shortly after, the Dialed Action Sports Team rode out on bikes for a live BMX show. They were flipping and zooming through the air. It was an epic performance full of extreme jumps, insane flips, and lots of 360’s.
Some of the bikers even jumped over staff members!
Don’t try this one at home kids.
Then, on July 10, at 8:48 PM precisely, Sing 2021 officially broke out!
In unison, the CITs gathered arm-in-arm. They were freaking out in anticipation of finding out their Sing positions and teams.
One by one, as names were announced, each CIT sprinted to embrace their team members and counselor advisors! You could even hear siblings screaming in the background as their brother’s and sister’s names were called out.
The official teams of Sing 2021 are Happy Mardi Gras, Fast Food, and Camp Rock.
