I would like to say thank you to all of the kids who came to the studio to share with us their feelings and experiences and giving us the opportunity to create this beautiful album this year. This year was special. We came from a tough year; one that we never had before as human beings. That’s why we encouraged everyone to portray all these feelings in the songs.
Each song is special and has a history. Most of them are interpreted by the entire bunk because the purpose this year was to give campers the opportunity to work together as a team since it was not possible last year. The production of the album that I did this year was with the purpose to make the songs more memorable.
Thanks to Joey and the Program Team for being partners in this process, to all of the staff members that brought the best energy to lead their bunks and let us work with campers in the best way.
Special thanks to Joel & Lauren for giving us the best tools and space to teach the kids and for all of their leadership teachings.
Thanks to Matty Layman for his support during the summer and big big thanks to Bea, my assistant and partner this year for bringing her skills and sharing with us all her talents and kindness. This wouldn’t be possible without her support during all this process.
My heart as always is in the art that I try to create. I hope that each track you will hear on the album brings you back to these memories and makes you a better human being. Cause otherwise ¿Why do we do music?
