Nolina: Very profound lessons there. We’re wrapping up soon but my interview would be incomplete without this last question. What are your thoughts about the future of Feet-Firm?

Wale: (Laughs) Wow. That’s a big one. I’ll try to answer the question with two words: Sustainability & Creativity. At Feet-Firm, we have a strong drive to continue to make our practices and processes sustainable, without sacrificing creativity. Our aim is to be known for footwear that are indeed fun, unique, stylish AND at the same time, affordable, sustainable and eco-friendly.

Nolina: (Smiles) A fine vision for a company we have all come to know and love. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us; I’m sure countless people will be inspired by it. The story of Wale’s hustle.
