In the last half of November 2015, many news articles appeared regarding upcoming changes the new Canadian government was making to accommodate the anticipated 25,000 Syrian refugees.

Details started appearing a few days before Nov 24th, which was the date the government said it would reveal their full refugee resettlement plan, including logistical details.
