Anh Manh has been working with our clients all day today. He understand the important of clients’ feedbacks at this moment. All of the feedbacks are equally valuable as it helps improving our products, therefore improving the overall user experience. We want to make sure that our products will enhance their work productivity without burdening them. At this moment, we see our clients as a realtime tester. Not only we can get an overview of the current product but also the potential improvement of it after each versions. Taking good care of our clients can also improve the churn rate for the company as we create a more intimate relationship with them.

We are progressing on the making of the final version of Tizo app. Tizo is the last product in our product suite and is the critical component in our strategy to owning the end users in the digital finance era. As a first step, Tizo helps borrowers to manage their loan & savings balances together with their repayment schedules.Also, Tizo aims to be a great low-cost communication channel between MFIs and their customers with notable features such as automatic loan reminders, automatic balance change notifications, helping MFIs to improve their service quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The team is working hard to release a final version of the app which end user can start using Tizo for scheduled repayments and other features of it.
