Companies succeed in building images because they have their own stories, attractive and inspiring enough to convince their partners, investors, customers and talents.

There will be times when you need to introduce your partners, investors, customers and even your employees about your start up. Tell stories that are fascinating and passionate. Because these stories can bring an expensive contract, a potential investor, or retain a talented employee. Those stories can determine your future start-up.

There is always a hero

Every fascinating story always has heroes. They bring with them beautiful goals, and their commitment with willingness to take risks. When telling the story of your company, include a hero: A champion represents your company’s mission. You can build this image around yourself with your passion. Or it is your particularly reliable partner, who fully demonstrates the value the company pursues. Or it could be your idol, the inspiration for you to pursue your dream.

Don’t ignore the details

The more generalized, the more quickly the emotion faded away. For an interesting story, don’t leave out the important facts. Your company’s “circumstances” are the results achieved, the parameters, the ups and downs of the company, the challenges and efforts. Let everyone feel the hard but inspirational road that your company has gone through since it was 0. It is these incidents that will convey the “heavy” message over the general exhortation in general.

Reach the audience

As a leader, you need to understand that the best way to share your thoughts is to reach your audience. You need to touch the feelings of the listener you are targeting. A Stanford University study shows that if you only show the data, the level of attention is only 5–10%. But if you include small emotional stories, attention increases to 65–70%. People can forget what you say, people can forget what you do, but they will never forget the feelings you create for them.

Sincere, don’t be frank

The promotion of the image has now become an industry, with too popular stories and clichés. Each company introduced themselves with words that are no different from each other. Instead of relying on available introductory templates, use your own “voice” to express your breakthrough idea. Sincerity will lead to more effective spread. By your sincerity, you build trust in your audience. They can feel your true passion. By telling great stories about your company, you will not only build a good image of the company, but also create the inspiration to work in your team. Always remember, great companies will tell great stories. And it is these wonderful stories that will change the world.
