Cannabis wiki has teamed up with ‘The Stoner Chef’, Danny Raposo, on his new series called ‘Seed to Plate’. This show will feature Danny alongside other chefs as he shows them how to infuse cannabis into different foods.

Our first episode is featuring Head Chef Russell Auckbaraullee. Chef Russell is the owner of Penthouse Catering, a leading fine dining catering company in Toronto Canada. Chef Russell has always liked a challenge and has been apart of chef battles and was one of the contestants who battled on the famous cooking show ‘Chopped Canada’. Chef Russell also won the title of ‘best sushi’ at the 2015 Toronto Sushi festival.

His company, Penthouse Catering, offers cooking classes hosted by him, where he teaches cooking skills on how to make sushi, Thai or Indian food. Penthouse Catering also offers catering services for office luncheons, promotional events, dinner parties, weddings and much more.
