Pre-announcement

On August 1st, 2019, the alpha version of Pekka, the global computing sharing platform, will be officially launched. Pekka project is the first implementation of Canonchain application that mainly researched and developed by Dr. Li Chong, who is the chief architect and R&D supervisor of Canonchain. Discussed and planned the selection and reward scheme of supernode.
Carried out code implementation of supernode.

WALLET

Cooperated with TokenABC of Canonchain Community and added mapping fiction of CZR and ERC20 into the mobile wallet.
Some users have passed the test, which will be opened to the public soon.

PEKKA

Cooperated with Pekka application of Canonchain Community.
Planned to move the test version of Pekka from Ethereum to Canonchain.

07/23/2019 — Dr. Yang Sichao, the co-founder of Canonchain, was invited to Blockchain Salon Session 3 in Tolink. During the salon, he shared his opinions about the topic that blockchain of chip technology in this high-tech era. Dr. Yang had worked as a senior chief engineer at Qualcomm so he was quite accomplished in chip fields. He expounded the strength of blockchain technology implementation in chip through three aspects including development status of chip technology at home and abroad, the contribution of chip technology to blockchain and schemes for blockchain-chip of Canonchain. In addition, he said that chip was a necessary component for blockchain technology to connect everything. It was the propellant of blockchain-tech to get rid of the attribute of the current financial instrument and acquire massive deployment as well. Blockchain technology could be used in the edge device of network and infiltrate into different industries by dedicated blockchain-chip.

From July 20th to 21st — Canonchain University Tour had come to the 7th stop after the University of Nottingham Ningbo, Nanjing University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tsinghua University, East China University of Science and Technology and ShanghaiTech University. Dr. Yang Sichao, the co-founder of Canonchain, was invited as the tutor of summer course “Blockchain Technology and Practical Application” by Professor Yang Kai from Telecommunications College of Shanghai Tongji University. In the course, Dr. Yang analyzed and compared the underlying technology of Bitcoin with Ethereum and also shared innovations of advanced blockchain technology and ecology. He explained the technical foundation of blockchain and its wide range of applications in finance, computer science, supply-chain, smart grid and social network in detail, which provided the students with the knowledge and basic skills for blockchain research, smart contract designing, and distributed applications implementing.

From July 19th to 21st — To celebrate the official launch of the first-version Mainnet called “FLUID” of Canonchain, Canonchain community with major media and media alliance had reported on the offline news conference together. Community members and media witnessed the formal release of Canonchain Mainnet and also attached great importance to the future development of Canonchain. They all hoped to communicate and cooperate with each other deeply in Canonchain development and operation.

On July 19th and 20th — Nanjing community of Canonchain had taken part in Canonchain Mainnet Conference with many investors to witness the important moment in Canonchain’s history. On July 20th, Nanjing community and JM•club had reached a strategic cooperation and visited a lot of blockchain industries with Bikada Capital in Hangzhou, such as B-Labs, ZG and so on, to promote the development of blockchain industry.
