Stay Consistent with Multiple Brand Kits on Canva Pro
Canva’s Brand Kits let teams select and define colors that match their brand, so everyone can make the best visual choices. Canva Pro customers can now have up to 100 Brand Kits, to help your team stay consistent every time. Simply upload essential logos, colors, and fonts to supercharge your productivity.
Copy and Paste Pages Between Canva Tabs
Have you ever designed a page so fantastic that it has to be reused? On Canva you can now copy and paste pages between designs, directly from the grid or thumbnail view. Simply copy a page then paste into another Canva tab with the usual keyboard shortcuts. (ctrl/command + C to copy, ctrl/command + V to paste).
Keep Track with Presentation Thumbnail Icons
Canva Presentations Thumbnail View now displays page numbers and comment tallys under each slide preview. Navigate slides and action feedback at lightning speed.
Bring the Canva magic to your PDFs
If you’ve ever looked at a dull PDF and wished you could give it the Canva touch, cast your frustrations aside. Canva now allows you to upload PDFs to change images, fonts, text, and more. Enterprise account admins can control these uploading permissions, to make sure the team stays on brand.
Find Your Design Easily with In-Text Search
We know you’ve been busy creating lots of awesome designs. Now you can use the search bar on your Canva homepage to quickly find them. All you have to do is search for the title, or any text within a design, to locate it instantly.
