Earlier this summer we asked some of our board members, friends, and advisors to share their summer vacation reading recommendations with us. These books have already inspired, informed, and fostered a deeper committment to the work of our closest collaborators in 2019.We are pleased to share them with you and hope they will be read profitably wherever your summer vacation takes you!

Our friend and funder, Vinny Badolato of Voqal recommends 21 Lessons for the 21st Century by Yuval Noah Harari.

About this book, Vinny says “Harari presents some very intriguing and stimulating approaches to thinking about a broad swath of issues/problems/controversies that will certainly shape the future of the world over the next 100 years. This is certainly a book I will revisit several times over the coming years.”

Priyanka Handa Ram is the founder of Learn to Play, a social enterprise in Botswana that enables mothers to establish Community Initiated Playgroups. Priyanka recommends Educated by Tara Westover.
