With the 3DShot app, you can easily create and share interactive 3D demonstrations (3D Views) and record 3D product reviews. Watch the tutorial to find out how you can digitize medium-sized and small objects in 3D.
Find a table in a well-lit spot. Use a sheet of paper as a backdrop. Place the object on the table. Open the 3DShot app. Choose the 3D capturing mode. Move slowly around the object. Do not shoot too close to the object. Make sure that some of the objects around also fit into the frame. This will provide better stabilization. Use zoom to remove the surrounding objects. Apply Brightness and Contrast to whiten the background.
Select the 3D capturing mode. Print out the marker board and put your object on it. Start recording. Rotate the marker board slowly in front of the camera. Remove the background using toggles.
The application scenarios for the resulting content are numerous. For instance, you can:
- Embed interactive 3D Views into your website. The format is compatible with Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, WordPress, Readymag, and other popular platforms.
- Share with friends and customers by posting 3D Views on social media.
- Use 3D content for direct selling and virtual showrooms.
The official release of the 3DShot app is scheduled for November 2020. Right now, you can visit the website of the app and take part in the beta testing.
