Cappasity Presented its Technology at TOTEM #RetailTech

On November 9, TOTEM #RetailTech, a conference dedicated to the future of retail, was held by Le Hub Bpifrance in Paris. The event brought together more than 15 industry’s key players and experts. Only 10 innovative startups had been chosen to join the innovation lab as they were of significant interest to retailers and experts. Cappasity was one of them.

In its 13th year, the TOTEM conference was dedicated to the impact of innovative technologies on retail and the future development of the industry. Events held at the conference included eight expert sessions, with the speeches being delivered by such foremost retailers as The Kooples, Galeries Lafayette, Groupe Eram, and some others. The floor was also given to prominent VCs — CapHorn Invest, HoReCa Digital, and Spring Invest. The speeches were followed by heated discussions.

At the company booth, Natalie Reyes, Cappasity’s CSO, presented the technological solution by Cappasity that allows everyone easily create 3D images of objects and embed them into websites and VR/AR applications. She also demonstrated the AR demo on shopping with the help of Microsoft HoloLens to the audience. The latter showed a keen interest and asked a lot of questions about the cutting-edge technology.
