What a busy month for the CapsuleNFT team! From launching our beta app to debuting at the world’s largest NFT conference, we have plenty of June updates for our community.
Beta Launch of CapsuleNFT app
We have successfully launched the beta version of our app! Now, our community can interact with the Capsule Protocol and create novel composable applications.
The main features of our app include:
- Mint Simple, ERC-20, and ERC-721 Capsule NFTs
- Create and view public and private collections
- View Capsule NFTs and their contents through CapsuleScan
- Redeem Capsule NFTs for their stored tokens

CapsuleNFT at NFT.NYC
After debuting at NFT.NYC 2022, our CapsuleNFT team is speechless. The community’s response to the Capsule Protocol was incredibly positive and uplifting. We engaged in interesting and meaningful conversations with many guests, and had a blast meeting so many cool people and learning about other projects at the convention.
Not only did we introduce a new product, but also a new experience - our CapsuleNFT vending machine. Attendees would receive a vended capsule containing a labeled token, giving them a chance to win merchandise or a digital prize. Whether winning a hoodie or an NFT, the community’s excitement was contagious.
From preparation to completion, the NFT.NYC experience was a success. We showcased the Capsule Protocol, engaged with the community, provided a memorable attendee experience, and lugged an 800-lb vending machine around NYC. In the end, we can proudly say that CapsuleNFT launched spectacularly.

Hitting Milestones
Now that our app is live, we have hit some major milestones this month!
The first Capsule NFT in history was minted by our team — “First”, a Simple Capsule NFT displaying the first rendition of our CapsuleNFT logo.
AthensBrightest was the first community member to use the Capsule Protocol — minting the Simple Capsule NFT, “1x Test Subject” to the “Public Capsule” collection. Big shoutout to AthensBrightest for minting the first Capsule NFT in our community!

Dev Updates
Our team is always making improvements for our community. Here are our latest updates:
Website Improvements:
- Version 1.0.2 — Multiple metadata updates which fixed viewing of CyberBroker NFT metadata alongside select others.
- Version 1.0.1 — Update which fixed an issue where users who owned Capsule NFTs from Private Collections were unable to see their own NFTs
- Version 1.0.0 — The site was launched!
Smart Contract Improvements:
- General Updates and code started on Iron Capsule NFTs
