1. On September 18th, CarBlock was invited as the only blockchain project to attend the Plug And Play 2018 China Fall Summit.
CarBlock CMO Kevin Jiang was invited to attend the summit and gave a keynote speech at the conference.
The presentation focused on the prospect of reconfiguring the automotive data application model with the use of blockchain technology. More analysis is served as evidences to illustrate the important role car data plays in the future automotive and travel industry, and how CarBlock will use the application model of blockchain technology and car data to change the major pain points in the travel and automotive industries. At the end of the speech, CarBlock also showed its strong partners to the executives and leaders presenting, and jointly discussed CarBlock’s new application model and the future cooperation opportunities.
After the keynote speech, CarBlock also accepted an exclusive interview from Plug And Play. In the interview, CarBlock CMO Kevin mainly shared the current status of CarBlock and the future planning and development, and look into the future of the automotive and travel industry.
2. CarBlock Brand Director Yichen Hu was invited to participate in the fifth blockchain projects meetup held by ASB Venture, Pivot and Ludos. Many investment capitals and public chain projects were invited to discuss the current and future development of the blockchain technology and through the live demonstration outline the future blueprint of the blockchain technology. CarBlock Brand Director Yichen Hu has in-depth conversations with many project leaders at the meeting to discuss opportunities for cooperation.
3. CarBlock CMO Kevin Jiang will conduct the first AMA (Ask Me Anything) event at the CarBlock Global Telegram Group on September 29th at 5pm (Beijing Time). The event aims to eliminate all doubts of CarBlock’s foreign investors and to better promote the development of foreign communities.

1. On September 21, the signing ceremony for the key projects of the artificial intelligence industry in Xiqing District of Tianjin were successfully held. Alex Lee, CEO of CarBlock, was invited to attend the signing ceremony and completed the on-site signing. Deputy Director of Tianjin Industrial and Information Committee, Deputy Director of Tianjin Science and Technology Commission, Secretary of District Party Committee, District Head, Director of District People’s Congress Standing Committee, Chairman of District Political Consultative Conference, Deputy District Head, Director of District Committee Office and other district leaders attended the signing ceremony.
During the signing ceremony, Alex had a brief talk with the municipal leaders regarding CarBlock’s current development and future plans.
After the signing ceremony, Alex accepted an exclusive interview with the local TV station in Tianjin. The cooperation with Tianjin Government once again proves CarBlock’s great potential and promising development prospects in the field of connected car industry.
2. On Sep 17th, Bottos Chain CEO Mr. Song Xin and his team visited CarBlock headquarters. Two sides conducted in-depth discussions on mining machine sharing and community building and formulated future cooperation development plans.
3. CarBlock has made conversations with Valeo Group Innovation Division, the world’s third largest car supplier and also France’s largest car supplier, for discussion of future cooperation.
Core Team Member Updates
1. Mr. Anand Dattani, former Vice President of Deutsche Bank SCTF, has joined CarBlock as Vice President of Partner Success.
Leveraging on years of experience in investment banking, finance and stock industry, Mr. Anand Dattani will help CarBlock and its current partners to carry out in-depth research and business development on Token economy and business model. What’s more, Mr. Anand Dattani will also put hands on the further expansion of CarBlock European markets and partners.
2. James Zhang, former investment director of FellowCapital PE firm in Blockchain era, has joined CarBlock. As a serial entrepreneur, James has more than 10 years of professional investment experience, successfully operating a number of global blockchain projects involving countries such as Australia, Sweden, Canada and China, etc. James will help CarBlock further expand CarBlock’s global partnerships.
