Feeling Carbonific

Well, by now you should have an idea of how we do things here at Carbono. You may realize we like going EPIC on everything we do. So, when we do, we start feeling “Carbonific”.

So, how does “Carbonific” feel like? Well, according to our experts (crazy people in our team) it’s a combination of caffeine +design + coding + chill vibe at work. It’s that sweet spot where we get things done while being awesome.

Maybe you’re wondering: “How can I be Carbonific too?” Well, you need to be part of this team. Day by day we develop our traditions and culture that make us who we are. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure a lot of companies have that great vibe too. What we try to achieve here doing what we do with the kind of people that we have is making our EPIC culture the core of our day-by-day.

This means to discover new ways to get things done, to innovate in how we do things, to really engage in making a difference, and to basically have new ideas. Every month we host a meet-up at our offices to encourage usage of best-practices, as well as to cover different coding/techonology-related-subjects. All of this is done by our own team as a way to share experiences and knowledge in an open community.

Internally, we also host different types of meet-ups to keep updated in relevant subjects that may help us with our daily activities with our friends (clients). It’s the time for knowledge-transfer and to really feel like communication can really be a strength.
