Show us a dream, we’ll code it…
On previous articles, we’ve mentioned the importance of making dreams come true and how we always work to make things better with our clients, within our team, and to the community. In this article, I want to address the importance that this has on a personal level.
The series of articles I regularly post here develop on an organizational level in which we as a team (in Carbono) have learned to work together and have achieved skills, knowledge, and development. All of this could only be possible within the framework of an individual growth. We take great pride on the variety of people that make up our team. First and foremost, we all live to our EPIC values to which unite us. On the other hand, every member on the team is important for the ideas and experiences that he/she shares with the team.
Every new project gives us the chance to turn a dream into code, and that code into a success! We focus on ideas that have value and share that value with people who seek success too. This is possible through the effort that each team member delivers daily.
Thoughout this past year and until today, we’ve been living our EPIC values time and time again and realized about their importance and how they unite us. January has already come and gone, but still we’ve been able to see growth in our team members and developed programs that will have great impact in Carbono.
