“I didn’t fall in love with you… I flew.”

First off, I just have to say that I knew this book was going to be fantastic. How did I know that? It’s by Colleen Hoover. Of course, it’s going to be amazing! I’ve been such a big fan of her and her stories for so long now, Ugly Love was an incredible love tale that was just as well-written and entertaining as the others. If you’re reading this and you’ve only read Ugly Love, I highly recommend you try her other books. So, give her books a try if you haven’t — you won’t regret it!

Colleen Hoover is a bestselling author whose adult and young adult novels have delighted readers since her career began 10 years ago with her first novel, “Slammed.” Since then, Colleen Hoover’s romances and contemporary fiction novels have continued to grip readers with emotionally charged storylines, unique plot-lines, and twists that leave us reeling. Whether you’re looking for a magical romance or an emotional read, here are the most popular Colleen Hoover novels, according to Goodreads reviewers. I’ve read almost everything she’s written and I’ve never closed the book with disappointment.

Colleen really knows how to pull at one’s heart strings. Ugly love is heart-warming and heart-breaking from start to end. The writing in this one is too addictive and so well laid down, it is hard to not finish it in a day!

Tate (female protagonist) and Miles (male protagonist) meet and there’s an attraction, but neither want to get serious. Tate is busy moving in with her brother, trying to get her master’s degree as a nurse while Miles is a airline pilot and wishes to focus on his work and career. Miles and Tate fall into sexual interactions but Miles asked her to never ask about his past and Tate is fine with that. Till things get heated between them and Miles’ past starts crawling along.

The book is created in such a way that its chapters are individually devoted to Mile’s and Tate’s perspective. Which was really great and heart wrenching because it started connecting and that’s when your heart gets broken. The book signifies the importance of love as well as growth in professional life.

I loved how relatable Tate was too, I feel like a lot of women can just connect with someone like Tate. Her insecurities, her doubts and worries were just the nail on the head for me. Especially in those moments when Miles was a jagoff to her.

I also had my laughing out loud moments in this book too, don’t mind the title, there is some funny in here. The reader also gets to meet this elder man Cap and I adored-him so much because he’s like a grandfather to everyone.

This book is about forgiving yourself and others around you when you’re a little too hard to love.

Ugly love is definitely an emotional roller coaster and yes you will cry while reading it!
