I’ve been intrigued by the topic of adaptability for some time now. It started with the COVID-19 pandemic, which has brought about unprecedented changes and shaken our lives. It’s clear now that we won’t return to the pre-pandemic status quo; instead, the pace of change will only increase. So, what can we do to keep up?

We’re often advised to embrace uncertainty and adapt, but what does that really mean? Many people I know feel overwhelmed and insecure about their future. Then, some people seem to have mastered adaptability and flourish despite life throwing all kinds of challenges at them. I believe it’s invaluable to learn directly from their experience.
